I finished this hat in one day. I used two strands of the pink for the roll up brim and then used one of the pink and one of the fun fur for the body. My daughter will be 17 on Monday. WOW! Time flies!

I am 40 and a single mom to a son, 18, and a daughter, 16. I am also a full time college student. I am transferring to Edinboro University in Edinboro, PA as of August. I will be studying for my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, with my main focus being Juvenile Justice. I love to loom knit and am learning new stitches and patterns with each new project I attempt.

Hi, I am new to the KK, a novice knitter with the pointy sticks, but awaiting my KK arrival on Monday by UPS....I was so impressed with your projects I just had to comment. They are beautiful! I want to make hats for my family and the Dulaan project, and also the afghan you made just blew me away! Sigh. Now I have to order the large rectangular set too! Your blog has me so inspired!!
